Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote (availability required until 4 PM EST during core business hours and key campaign periods)
Compensation: $4,000–$7,000 USD monthly + performance bonuses
Role Overview
Seeking a high-caliber Head of Paid Acquisition to spearhead profitable growth across a portfolio of e-commerce brands, with a primary focus on Meta. Reporting directly to the CEO and Director of Operations, you will own the end-to-end performance marketing engine. This is a critical leadership role designed for a strategic media buyer who understands that modern performance marketing is won through creative excellence, rigorous testing, and data-backed decision-making.
Your mission is to turn paid social into a predictable, scalable growth channel by lowering acquisition costs, improving conversion efficiency, and building robust systems that align media buying with creative strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & execution — Lead Meta paid acquisition strategy, including campaign setup, budget allocation, and scaling across multiple accounts.
- Creative strategy — Write copy, develop offers, and provide feedback on hooks and messaging to design/video teams.
- Performance management — Track CAC, CPA, ROAS, and MER to ensure targets are met.
- Optimization & testing — Develop structured testing frameworks for audiences, offers, and landing pages.
- System building — Create SOPs for reporting, audits, and scaling plans to ensure operational excellence.
- Collaboration — Work closely with leadership and creative teams to turn insights into winning iterations.

Requirements
- Performance marketing experience — 5+ years managing and scaling high-spend Meta ad accounts.
- Technical mastery — Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros).
- Creative & strategic depth — Strong understanding of direct-response copywriting, creative strategy, and landing page optimization.
- Analytical rigor — Ability to interpret data, identify funnel bottlenecks, and execute rapid solutions.
- Innovation — Comfortable leveraging AI tools to streamline creative and analytical workflows.
- Logistics — Remote availability during core business hours (up to 4 PM EST).
