The team operates as a full-stack agency, covering ads, email marketing, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and customer retention.

Job Summary

As Head of Paid Acquisition, you’ll drive profitable growth for multiple brands by mastering Meta Paid Media. This B2B leadership role requires a deep technical and strategic skillset in lowering acquisition costs, optimising scaling efficiency, and building systematic creative testing pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

  • Own and execute full Meta paid acquisition strategy—from campaign setup to advanced optimisation and aggressive scaling in high-growth markets.
  • Lead creative strategy, crafting high-converting ad hooks, angles, and messaging, providing real-time feedback to designers.
  • Build scalable systems for creative testing, performance reporting, and conversion funnel optimisation.
  • Develop high-converting ad creatives, advertorials, and product detail pages (PDPs); ensure visual + messaging alignment with ongoing campaigns.
  • Daily performance scrutinisation: Adjust budgets, optimise campaign structures, and maintain peak efficiency across large, geographically dispersed audiences.

Analytics & Accountability

  • Track and report critical metrics (CAC, CPA, ROAS, MER, CVR), presenting actionable insights to leadership.
  • Conduct competitor research and audit sessions to assure long-term brand stability.

Collaboration

  • Work alongside video production and design teams to increase creative testing velocity and uncover winning variations.

Requirements

Essential

  • 5+ years in high-performing paid media marketing, with a deep focus on Meta Ads Manager.
  • Proven experience managing, optimising, and scaling $500K+ monthly spends in e-commerce/DTC platforms.
  • Full mastery of direct-response metrics (CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV) and attribution platforms (e.g. Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros).
  • Deep creative copywriting expertise and ability to craft high-converting ad campaigns.
  • AI-first mindset with experience leveraging AI for media strategy, creative iteration, and operational scalability.
  • Analytical decision-maker with a hustle mentality—owned previous leads in creative, account, or client-carrying roles.
  • Performance-driven—prefers environments where compensation is highly tied to measurable results.
  • Strong communication skills—flush to client strategy meetings and team audits.
  • Availability: Willing to engage during standard US business hours, up to 4 PM EST.
