Head of Paid Media
A Head of Paid Media is needed to join an established, award-winning digital marketing agency with an outstanding reputation for delivering measurable results through long-term client partnerships.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious senior Paid Media professional who's ready to step into their first Head of role or someone already leading a small team looking for greater autonomy and influence. You'll inherit a strong client portfolio, lead an experienced team, and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the agency's Paid Media offering.
Unlike larger agency environments where decisions can be slow and opportunities limited, this is a genuinely influential leadership position. You'll work closely with the agency's directors, have the freedom to introduce new ideas, improve processes, and help drive future growth, all within a flexible, grown-up working culture built on trust rather than presenteeism.
As Head of Paid Media you'll lead a team of Paid Media specialists while remaining close enough to the work to provide technical direction when needed. You'll develop integrated Paid Media strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta, manage several key client relationships, support new business pitches, and ensure the department continues to evolve alongside changes in technology, AI, and platform capabilities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
