With performance marketing now in-house, we are seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to lead our global acquisition strategy across B2B and B2C.
Your role will include:
- Ownership of the paid search and paid social strategy
- Scaling an in-house team to drive scalable, data-driven growth
- Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Data, Design, and Commercial teams
- Optimising spend, creative, and funnel performance to maximise ROI and lifetime value (LTV)
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Leadership
- Lead and scale global performance marketing strategy across:
- Paid Search: Google, YouTube, Bing
- Paid Social: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest
- Manage an in-house team to deliver acquisition and ROI targets for B2B and B2C campaigns
- Forecast and optimise budgets to maximise efficiency and growth
- Identify new growth opportunities across:
- Platforms
- Geographies
- Audience segments
Data-driven Insights & Reporting
- Partner with Data and Analytics teams to:
- Build dashboards
- Monitor Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), LTV, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Drive continuous optimisation
- Present performance insights to senior stakeholders and shape strategy
Creative & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Design and Influencer Marketing teams to develop high-impact campaigns

What We Are Looking For
Essential Criteria
- 7–8 years’ experience in performance marketing
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Paid search (Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads)
- Paid social (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat)
- Proven success running large-scale campaigns in fast-paced, data-driven environments (B2B OR B2C)
- Advanced analytical skills, including:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Experience leading teams and collaborating acros multiple functions
- Ability to confidently communicate with C-suite stakeholders
- Creative, proactive, and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
