Their world-class expertise in creative execution, media buying, and conversion optimization delivers measurable growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.
They seek a senior Meta Performance Marketing Manager to:
- Own paid acquisition strategy
- Lead creative testing initiatives
- Drive profitable growth across multiple client accounts
Job Summary
We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Meta Performance Marketing Manager with experience managing high-spend Meta advertising campaigns. This isn’t just media buying—you’ll shape acquisition strategy, creative direction, testing frameworks, reporting, and scaling systems that directly influence client growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Acquisition & Media Buying
- Own Meta paid acquisition strategy across multi-account portfolios.
- Build, launch, optimize, and scale Meta campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets with ROAS-driven spend allocation.
- Monitor daily KPIs, identify optimizations, and refine test frameworks.
- Scale high-performing campaigns while improving profitability.
- Conduct competitor research to uncover market gaps.

Creative Strategy
- Lead performance-based creative strategy.
- Audit and refine creatives using data insights.
- Develop creative testing roadmaps with structured experimentations.
- Write high-converting copy and craft data-backed offers.
- Provide detailed creative briefs for designers/editors.
- Collaborate with UGC/creator collaboration when needed.
Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization
- Design and develop high-converting pages (landing pages, advertorials, product detail pages).
- Audit funnel performance and pinpoint conversion bottlenecks.
- Recommend strategic improvements in Customer Journey Optimization (CJO).
- Support CRO initiatives to boost acquisition efficiency.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track and analyze core metrics:
- CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
- CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio)
- CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPC (Cost Per Click/CMP, CVR (Conversion Rate)
- Generate clear, actionable reports and recommendations.
- Present strategic insights in client strategy meetings.
- Build repeatable reporting systems for agility.
Leadership & Strategy
- Develop scalable media “playbooks” and SOPs.
- Lead product launches, campaigns, and integrated media planning.
- Conduct audits to uncover account growth opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members where possible.
- Uphold excellence in execution, planning, and performance.

Requirements
Core Qualifications
- 5+ years in paid media or performance marketing.
- Deep Meta Ads experience:
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
- Scaling accounts with high spend.
- ** track record of growing D2C/eCommerce brands**.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Attribution mastery (Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros, or similar).
- Creative-driven performance expert with structured testing frameworks.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) knowledge for landing pages/funnels.
- Copywriting ability for high-converting ads.
- Confidence using AI tools to boost efficiency.
- Client-facing presentation skills and initiative.
Nice-to-Haves
- Meta Blueprint Certification.
- Agency experience managing multi-brand portfolios.
- Advanced CRO tool usage (Hotjar, FullStory, etc.).
- Mentorship experience leading media buyer teams.
- UGC/sponsored creator management.
