We’re hiring the leader who will convert one of financial services’ biggest regulatory tailwinds into commercial reality.
Consumer Duty has made the estate planning gap in advised client books a live, evidenced foreseeable-harm problem for every IFA in the UK. Most advisers now know they need a specialist partner they can refer to with confidence. Few have found one.
Kinherit is a STEP Platinum Employer Partner and Consumer Duty Alliance Affiliate, working with over 4,000 IFAs - including six of the UK’s top 20 adviser networks. Every Kinherit plan is built by a STEP-qualified estate planner and completed through our sister company’s legal-tech platform - itself a fast-growth fintech with relationships across financial services and retail banking.
Within our existing network there is enough headroom to grow revenue three-fold, and the addressable network beyond that is at least twice as large again. The Head of Partner Relationships owns capturing that opportunity.
You’ll inherit a team of five direct reports from day one, with a sixth currently being recruited. There is a clear pathway to Director level, and real equity upside through our EMI share option scheme.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
