About the Role
This is a commercially focused role, pivotal in identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities within the BPO and outsourced services market. Based in Glasgow, the position focuses on developing and managing key partnerships to achieve sales objectives.
As a decisive growth driver, you’ll collaborate closely with the MD to execute their growth strategy, generating pipeline, leading early-stage conversations, and nurturing new clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and pursue prospective clients and partners across priority sectors
- Build and maintain a healthy, accurately forecasted pipeline of new business opportunities
- Generate outbound opportunities through research, networking, and direct outreach
- Manage inbound leads, from first contact to qualified opportunity
- Lead early-stage new business conversations, clearly articulating the business proposition
- Collaborate internally with the MD and Account Director to refine commercially sound and deliverable proposals
- Maintain a sharp understanding of trends, challenges, and emerging opportunities in BPO and outsourced services
- Identify new sectors, geographies, or service lines representing growth potential

Profile – About You
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles, ideally in BPO, outsourcing, or managed services (other service-oriented sectors considered)
- Experience leading senior-level conversations with procurement, operations, and C-suite contacts
- Familiarity with BPO commercial models, including contracts, SLAs, and pricing structures
- Hands-on experience coordinating and producing proposals, tenders, and RFP responses
- Based predominantly in Glasgow with travel required for client visits
Job Offer
- Salary range: £60,000 – £75,000
