Job Purpose
The Head of Partner Management is the regional senior leader for partner management. They will champion partner success and drive partner account growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, regional and local leadership to enable partner success and account growth in the region, the Head of Partner Management will play a key role in shaping the partner experience in their region.

Key Responsibilities
- Overall accountability for strong partner relationships, responsible for excellent partner experiences and satisfaction.
- Manage a team of partner managers, ensuring that the partner’s experience is optimized.
- Define existing partner account growth strategy for the region, working closely with the Growth VP to implement plans.
- Act as the champion and voice of partner success within IWG.
- Identify opportunities to improve the Partnership program, IWG system and processes.
KPIs
- NCO Performance (Opening >30% Occupancy).
- Trading Performance (Monthly Occupancy Growth +5%).
- Partner NPS (Establish Baseline and Maintain NPS Above Base Trendline).
- Account Growth (Establish Growth Targets per Region for Partner Accounts).
Required Qualifications, Experience, Behaviours
- Excellent relationship and account management skills.
- Ability to establish and build effective senior level relationships and to work collaboratively with others (Partners, Internal Stakeholders) to set and achieve goals.
- Outstanding analytical skills and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to define a strategy, and direct team and resources to achieve targets.
- Ability to analyse and interpret information, identify issues and their causes, and use good judgment in making decisions to resolve issues.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in different forms and with different audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Skilled in interacting effectively under difficult circumstances and tight deadlines to drive results.
- Resilient, able to deal with ambiguity.
