OUR COMPANY CULTURE

WHO WE ARE

Boiler Room started in 2010 with weekly live broadcasts that opened a keyhole to London's underground. Today we remain true to that history: we exist to act as a lens on global club culture, and amplifier of the vital grassroots scenes shaping its future.

Through world class festivals, club events, films, and an ever-expanding video archive, Boiler Room has been a stage for over 9000 artists across more than 300 locations — while giving music fans everywhere unfiltered access to local dance floors, worldwide.

OUR WORKPLACE

Diversity is more than a commitment at Boiler Room — it is the foundation of what we do. All Boiler Room events and workplaces are inclusive spaces, enjoyed by everyone regardless of race, religion, nationality, ethnicity, physical ability, gender identity, or sexual orientation.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

THE ROLE

The Head of Partnerships will lead and scale the company’s global commercial strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth through culturally credible partnerships that strengthen both the business and the brand.

This is a pivotal role, blending strategic oversight with hands-on execution to unlock new brand opportunities and elevate existing relationships.

You will be responsible for leading all commercial brand partnership activity across bespoke events, sponsorship, content, and apparel, while building and nurturing multimillion-pound brand deals that align with our values and community ethos. Working closely with the CEO and CCO and sitting on the senior leadership team, you’ll shape the next phase of growth—translating cultural insight from our global events and creative output into compelling commercial propositions.

This is a unique opportunity for someone deeply embedded in youth culture and passionate about building authentic connections between brands and creative communities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and evolve Boiler Room's global commercial partnerships strategy, identifying new revenue opportunities, priority sectors, and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Lead the team responsible for all commercial brand partnership activity across bespoke events, sponsorship, content, and apparel.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with global brands, driving strategic, multimillion-pound partnerships.
  • Structure and scale a best-in-class brand partnerships function to support sustained growth across key regions.
  • Develop high-impact cultural partnerships that are values-led, community-first, and culturally credible.
  • Expand on existing partnerships while targeting new verticals such as luxury fashion, sports, tech, lifestyle, and more.
  • Translate cultural insight into compelling, commercially viable brand propositions.
  • Represent the company externally at the highest levels, commanding a room with cultural fluency and business authority.
  • Act as a trusted senior advisor to brand stakeholders, converting early-stage conversations into robust strategic briefs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and delivery teams to develop integrated, results-driven campaigns.
  • Own and manage a strong commercial pipeline using CRM tools, tracking performance and forecasting against revenue targets.
  • Stay ahead of competitor activity, market trends, and emerging cultural movements to inform and evolve our offering.
  • Help shape and refine the company’s commercial narrative and positioning materials.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
