Zovrah is building the future of personalised health — a human-first health platform designed to help people understand their body, improve daily habits, and create long-term behaviour change.

Unlike traditional health apps focused purely on tracking data, Zovrah helps people take action through daily reflection, personalised insights, rewards, and Kairo — our AI health coach that learns from every interaction.

Following our early launch and pre-seed funding round, we’re entering our next stage of growth — expanding our community, building meaningful partnerships, and bringing Zovrah to more individuals and organisations globally.

We’re looking for a Head of Partnerships & Growth to help lead that journey.

About the Role

As Head of Partnerships & Growth, you’ll take ownership of building and scaling Zovrah’s partnership ecosystem — from creators and ambassadors to wellness brands, corporate partners, universities, and strategic relationships.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically but also execute quickly. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, creating partnership strategies, and turning those relationships into measurable growth.

You’ll work directly with the Founder and leadership team, helping shape how Zovrah grows from an early-stage startup into a recognised global health brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and lead Zovrah’s partnership strategy across brands, creators, organisations, and communities
  • Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with aligned health, fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and technology brands
  • Scale the Zovrah Ambassador Programme — improving recruitment, activation, engagement, and performance
  • Develop relationships with creators, athletes, professionals, and industry voices who align with Zovrah’s mission
  • Drive corporate wellness partnerships with companies looking to improve employee wellbeing
  • Build partnership campaigns that increase brand awareness, acquisition, retention, and revenue
  • Manage partner onboarding, communication, reporting, and long-term relationship success
  • Work closely with marketing to turn partnerships into campaigns, content, and growth opportunities
  • Analyse partnership performance and identify ways to improve conversion, engagement, and ROI
  • Represent Zovrah externally with partners, communities, and industry stakeholders
  • Help define new growth channels as we scale

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial, ambitious, and comfortable building from the ground up.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience in partnerships, business development, growth, community, influencer marketing, or a similar role
  • Have a strong understanding of consumer brands, health, wellness, fitness, or technology
  • Are confident reaching out, building relationships, and opening doors
  • Can turn conversations into structured opportunities and long-term partnerships
  • Understand how partnerships contribute to customer growth and commercial outcomes
  • Are highly organised, proactive, and comfortable owning projects independently
  • Enjoy working in a fast-moving startup environment where ideas become action quickly
  • Care about improving the way people approach their health
