If you want to work in a company that delivers real impact to people's lives, uses the latest technology, is challenging the way we work and understands "how we can" - not "why we can't" - then you've found the right place.
Our mission is to cultivate the workplace talent of tomorrow. We make high-quality, tech-focused education accessible to everyone, regardless of their level or personal circumstances. As we embark on a period of significant, planned growth across our Skills Bootcamps, Adult Skills Fund (ASF) provision, and B2B activity, we are looking for a results-driven Partnerships Manager to own and drive our revenue growth.
The Role
As our Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for supporting to define and delivering our commercial strategy. This is a strategic, revenue-owning role that also requires hands-on delivery. You will win and grow funded contracts, nurture the relationships that underpin our tenders, and ensure that our commercial promises are delivered through effective onboarding and conversion. This is an in-person role based in Norwich, with travel throughout the UK as required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
