Who we are

Money is one of the biggest challenges people face. Loqbox's mission is to give everyone access to a richer life, helping over a million people build a healthier relationship with money through tools that improve credit scores, grow savings, and make people feel genuinely in control. Rapid experimentation and learning sit at the heart of how we grow.

The opportunity

Partnerships are central to how Loqbox grows. As Head of Partnerships, you'll own the full partnership function: building strategy and coordinating the new business pipeline, overseeing partner integrations, driving commercial performance across live partnerships and developing brand relationships that extend Loqbox's reach. You'll lead and grow a team, and operate as a senior voice on how Loqbox goes to market. Reporting into the CMO, this is a role with real strategic influence and clear commercial accountability.

  • CAC, LTV and revenue drivers are your native language, you don't need to be asked to think that way
  • You know how to build a pipeline, structure a deal and manage a partner relationship through its full lifecycle
  • You balance short-term commercial performance with longer-term strategic value, and know when to prioritise which

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
