Head of Partnerships - Media Owner - Hospitality Sector
£dependent on experience + bonus
London - Hybrid
Global hotel groups. Iconic drinks brands. Some of the biggest names in hospitality, travel, and luxury.
We're hiring a Head of Partnerships to open doors with all of them and to own the revenue that follows.
Working alongside a Partnerships Director, you'll build multi-channel programmes spanning events, activations, content, video, roundtables, and digital campaigns; connecting global brands with one of the most influential communities in the hospitality world.

Day to day, you'll
- Own new business development and existing client growth, from first pitch to signed deal
- Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, market associations, and industry bodies
- Run your own pipeline; forecasting, CRM discipline, and commercial reporting
- Create sponsorship proposals and partnership programmes that actually move the needle
- Represent the brand at industry events, with international travel part of the job
What you'll bring: a proven track record in premium media, events, hospitality, travel, or luxury partnerships; strong commercial instincts and negotiation skills; and the confidence to be a senior brand ambassador in the room with major decision-makers.
