Head of Partnerships

Head of Partnerships – TiPJAR

About Us

TiPJAR exists to make appreciation fair, transparent, and direct. By joining our team, you’ll contribute to putting tipping back into the hands of those who earn and rely on it. What began as a bold idea is now a global platform that impacts thousands of lives daily. We challenge assumptions, push boundaries, and act with speed—valuing what we build collectively through open communication, innovation, and a people-first culture.

The Role

We’re looking for a commercially driven Head of Partnerships to design and scale a high-impact partnerships function that fuels revenue growth and widens distribution across key markets. This senior, hands-on position combines strategic partnerships oversight with direct commercial accountability, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. You’ll shape TiPJAR’s go-to-market strategy, partner ecosystem, and long-term growth.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Partnerships & Revenue Delivery

  • Own the end-to-end pipeline and revenue sourced or influenced by partners, ensuring target attainment.
  • Identify, secure, and scale strategic partnerships with:
    • Payments providers and acquirers
    • EPoS, workforce management, accountancy, and payroll systems
    • Resellers, consultants, and industry associations
  • Construct and manage a quality partner pipeline through targeted channels.
  • Lead commercial discussions on pricing, revenue sharing, and distribution agreements.
  • Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, clearly articulating TiPJAR’s commercial value proposition.

Partner Strategy & Go-to-Market

  • Define and execute a clear-partnerships strategy aligned with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and revenue targets.
  • Develop customised go-to-market approaches by partner category.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing for pipeline alignment and conversion strategies.
  • Identify new market routes and scale opportunities for TiPJAR.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
