Head of Partnerships

Head of Partnerships

OTE £76,000 (£60,000 basic + £16,000 bonus, paid quarterly on hitting targets)

Job Purpose: This role is perfect for you if you love to establish win-win partnerships to help drive mutual success. The main objective is to grow our revenue by co-selling with our growing network of global partners. These may include procurement consulting firms (both large and small), complementary technology firms, and the procurement community as a whole.

Working closely with the COO of Market Dojo, this role can grow exponentially once we find the right person to design, implement, and deliver our partnerships strategy to build long-term, successful relationships. Ideal for a commercially minded individual with a solution-selling background and a collaborative ethos. A procurement consulting background would be highly beneficial.

You’ll get to work with some of the world’s best-known brands—including premier league football clubs, global hotel chains, household goods, and luxury sports cars—helping their Procurement teams navigate challenges in turbulent times. As a global tech firm, Esker is our parent company, providing resources to scale rapidly.

Success metrics include:

  • Number of qualified opportunities referred by partners
  • Contribution of those opportunities to new business revenue
  • Revenue generated by our resellers
  • Revenue derived from partners directly using our solutions

Main Duties

  • Understand and define our target market of prospective partners.
  • Research prospective partners that unlock future growth.
  • Qualify and onboard new partners by providing:
    • Bespoke training
    • Customised marketing materials
    • Sales guidance
    • Achievable goals
    • Lead sharing
    • Scheduled reviews
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with partners to sustain fruitful relationships.
  • Become an expert in our products, advising partners on best practices.
  • Manage the partner sales pipeline in our CRM for accuracy and visibility.
  • Educate partners on:
    • New product features
    • Industry trends
    • Market intelligence
    • Relevant marketing assets (e.g., white papers)
  • Collaborate with partners on sales and marketing activities for mutual benefit.
  • Work with our Business Development team to:
    • Cross-sell partners’ services
    • Progress opportunities referred by partners
  • Contribute to our product roadmap based on customer requirements from the partner network.
  • Develop a proactive, scalable partner management strategy to guide future expansion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
