Head of People & Culture | Re-engage | Home-based

£50,000 pro rata | 28 hours per week (0.8 FTE)

Are you an experienced People leader looking for an opportunity to shape culture, leadership capability and organisational development within a growing national charity?

Passionate about helping people and organisations thrive through growth and change?

Re-engage is seeking a new Head of People & Culture to join its Senior Management Team and play a key role in supporting the organisation's next phase of development.

As the UK's only charity dedicated solely to reducing loneliness and social isolation amongst people aged 75 and over, Re-engage has ambitious plans to grow its reach and impact over the next five years. Achieving those ambitions will depend on having the right culture, leadership and people practices in place.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced People professional who enjoys combining strategic influence with hands-on delivery and wants to help shape an organisation where colleagues can do their very best work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
