We're Hiring: Head of People (12-Month FTC | Remote | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | ASAP | up to £95k max + impressive completion bonus
We're looking for an Head of People to join a fast-growing, global technology consultancy on a 12-month maternity cover.
This is a strategic, business-facing role where you'll partner with senior leaders to shape people strategy, drive organisational effectiveness, and build high-performing, inclusive teams across a globally distributed workforce.
What you'll be doing
- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business goals.
- Coach and influence managers on performance, talent, organisational design, and employee engagement.
- Lead complex employee relations matters with a pragmatic, commercially balanced approach.
- Support organisational change, transformation, and business growth initiatives.
- Drive talent, succession, and workforce planning in partnership with hiring leaders.
- Use people data and insights to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve outcomes.
- Champion an exceptional employee experience while helping scale people practices across international teams.

You'll bring:
- Significant experience as a Senior HR Business Partner, People Lead, or Head of People in a fast-paced, scaling organisation working within a similar industry for a company size of 300-1000 people.
- A strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Expertise in employee relations, organisational change, and leadership coaching.
- Experience supporting global or multi-jurisdiction teams.
- A collaborative, hands-on approach with the confidence to navigate complexity and drive positive change.
