What You Will Do
- Act as a trusted HR and Head of People to the CEO, providing strategic advice and supporting business objectives.
- Develop and implement a people strategy aligned with the company's ambitious growth plans.
- Partner with senior leaders to ensure organisational capability evolves in line with business expansion.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, communication, and wellbeing.
- Oversee leadership development, succession planning, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Drive organisational change, ensuring people strategies align with growth in the defence sector.

What You Will Bring
- Chartered Membership or Fellowship of the CIPD (Level 7 or equivalent).
- Demonstrable experience in developing leadership capabilities and embedding high-performance cultures.
- Proven track record in senior HR roles, such as Head of HR or People Director.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation in fast-paced environments.
