Are you an experienced People Operations leader who thrives in fast-paced, international environments? Do you enjoy building scalable, high-performing people functions that enable business growth?

We're partnering with a global organisation to appoint an Interim Global Head of People Operations to lead and transform their international People Operations function. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape the future operating model across multiple countries while ensuring exceptional employee experience, operational excellence, and compliance.

The Opportunity

Reporting into senior leadership, you'll take ownership of the global People Operations function, leading teams across People Operations, Payroll, Global Mobility, and Local HR. You'll drive the transformation of processes, systems, and governance, creating a consistent and scalable operating model that supports continued international growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop global People Operations, Payroll, Global Mobility, and Local HR teams.
  • Design and implement a future-ready global People Operations operating model.
  • Drive process improvement, standardisation, and operational excellence across multiple international locations.
  • Ensure robust governance, compliance, and risk management across all HR operations.
  • Champion manager self-service through clear policies, guidance, and technology.
  • Optimise HR systems, data, and reporting to improve business insight and decision-making.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to support organisational change and business growth.

About You

You'll be an experienced senior HR Operations leader with a proven track record of leading global or international People Operations functions. You'll have extensive experience driving transformation, implementing scalable operating models, and leading geographically dispersed teams. Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and a passion for continuous improvement are essential.
