Head of People – THG

At THG, we’re building a global business with purpose, home to some of the world’s most powerful digital brands across health & beauty. To support our next phase of growth, we’re looking for an exceptional Head of People to partner with our divisional CEO and senior leadership team, shaping the people strategy and leading the full People agenda across a fast-paced, high-performance business unit.

The Role

As Head of People, you’ll be a key member of the division’s leadership team, responsible for delivering a people-first culture that drives business performance. This role offers breadth and influence across all core people functions including:

  • Organisational design and change leadership
  • Culture, engagement, and internal comms
  • Employee relations and performance management
  • Reward, recognition, and talent development
  • People strategy and workforce planning

You’ll be supported by a capable People team, and work in close partnership with our Centres of Excellence across TA & L&D.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Shape and execute the divisional people strategy in line with business goals
  • Coach and challenge leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams
  • Own structural design and headcount planning, working closely with Finance
  • Lead complex ER and change programmes with empathy and pace
  • Drive our culture of accountability, aspiration, and continuous improvement
  • Champion diversity, wellbeing, and employee voice across the business
  • Influence wider Group people strategy through collaboration with our Group People Director and Group People Team

What We’re Looking For

  • Senior HR leadership experience in fast-moving, matrixed environments
  • Proven success partnering directly with CEOs and executive teams
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to roll up sleeves and execute
  • Strong experience in ER, organisational design, and performance culture
  • Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for building great places to work, backed by commercial acumen
