Head of Performance - TikTok Focus
You have personally taken a brand to a real GMV number on TikTok Shop. Now own that number across a portfolio, and lead the experts who deliver it.
Young With Solutions is one of the agencies brands call when they want to win on TikTok Shop, with a roster that includes Gymshark, Duolingo, Shopify, Amazon and Converse. The demand is there and the team is hungry and capable. What the business wants now is a single senior owner of performance.
This is a fully remote leadership role on US-friendly hours, reporting to the founder.

Compensation
£70,000 to £95,000 base, plus performance bonus tied to results.
What you'll own
- Client results across the portfolio. GMV, ROAS, retention and margin. You own the number;
- The TikTok Shop performance playbook. Affiliate, creator and UGC, TikTok LIVE, paid including GMV Max, and content built to convert, not just to be watched;
- Churn. Diagnose why clients leave in the first 60 days and fix it. Raise onboarding quality so clients see results fast;
- The delivery leads. Media buying, creator and affiliate, shop ops and account management. You coach them, set the standard, and build the playbooks and SOPs that make quality repeatable;
- Visibility. The reporting and MI cadence, daily, weekly and monthly, that makes performance manageable instead of reactive;
- The hard accounts. You are the senior performance authority clients trust, and you step in when it matters.

- Hands-on TikTok Shop or social commerce experience, where you personally drove brands to real GMV and results, not awareness;
- A specific, verifiable case study that is yours. A brand you took to a number, not an agency headline figure, not a team result you stood near. We will verify it;
- Deep fluency across the levers: affiliate, creator and UGC, live shopping, paid and GMV Max, content-for-conversion, and a real instinct for what drives sales right now. This market changes monthly;
- The credibility to lead experts. You raise the bar with senior people who already know the platform and earn their respect;
- Scrappy operator DNA. You build systems where none exist, and have thrived without a big-company machine around you;
- Real people leadership. You have led and levelled-up a team, not just performed as an individual.

Bonus points
- Driving results for DTC and e-com brands without built-in fame, building hype and differentiation for unknown brands, not riding a celebrity's audience;
- A track record of reducing client churn and improving retention;
- An affiliate or creator network you bring with you.
This is not the right role if…
- You are content-only or awareness-only (views, watch-time, brand campaigns);
- Your experience is talent management, where the big creator means the content sells itself;
- You have run paid social or lead-gen with no commerce or GMV ownership;
- You are a strong generalist operator without real TikTok Shop performance depth;
- You are sharp on the pitch but light on a verifiable, owned result.
What success looks like in 12 months
- First-60-day churn and refunds are down, measurably;
- The delivery team operates to a consistent, high standard, without the founder in the strategy seat;
- Clients stay because they get results, and they can name exactly why.
