An exciting opportunity has arisen within a leading global asset manager for a Head of Performance & Data Analytics.
This is far more than a traditional performance leadership role. We're looking for someone who has consistently challenged the status quo, embraced technology and driven meaningful change across investment performance, pricing and data functions within an asset management environment.
Alongside leading a high-performing team, you'll play a pivotal role in modernising the operating model by driving automation, improving data governance, implementing scalable data solutions and exploring the use of AI to enhance insight, efficiency and control.

What you'll bring
- Significant leadership experience within Performance, Performance Analytics or Investment Data in an asset management business.
- Deep expertise in investment performance measurement, attribution, pricing and reference data.
- A proven track record of delivering automation, data transformation and technology-led change.
- Experience leveraging data, analytics and AI to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
- The credibility to influence stakeholders across Investments, Operations and Technology.

This role is ideally suited to someone who sees technology as an enabler, enjoys solving complex operational challenges and wants the opportunity to shape how a leading asset manager delivers performance and investment data in the future.
If you've built a reputation in "Performance" and "Pricing and Data" divisions of asset managers then this could be one of the most exciting times to be joining this asset manager.
