This isn't a gap-fill. It's a transformation hire.
We're exclusively partnering with a private equity-backed international entertainment business embarking on one of the most significant digital transformations in its history. As the organisation centralises its global marketing capability, they're looking for an exceptional Interim Head of Performance to lead one of the most business-critical workstreams across the group.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a role with genuine executive visibility, immediate ownership, and the freedom to build. If you're someone who thrives on solving complex problems, creating structure from ambiguity, and delivering measurable commercial impact at pace, this is exactly the type of assignment you've been waiting for.
The Interim Head of Performance will take ownership of the global performance marketing function from day one, helping to define how performance media operates across multiple international markets while laying the foundations for a scalable centre of excellence.
Role Highlights
- Lead a complete audit of Meta account structures, tracking, attribution, and measurement across a complex international portfolio.
- Drive the design and implementation of a future-ready martech ecosystem alongside Technology and Insights teams.
- Build the performance marketing operating model across the 4 regions.
- Assess agency and in-house capabilities, helping transition from decentralised marketing teams into a centralised function.
- Provide strategic leadership while remaining hands-on within advertising platforms, data, and account architecture.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
