About the Role

You will own and scale OnBuy’s performance marketing operation across multiple markets, shaping strategy, measurement and activation to drive GMV growth at the target contribution level.

Responsibilities

  • Own performance marketing across Google Shopping, Bing, affiliates including CSS, CRM and selected paid social channels.
  • Lead the evolution, governance and performance of Google and Bing Shopping solutions.
  • Set channel mix, budget allocation and contribution guardrails.
  • Activate propensity models by testing and operationalising predictive signals.
  • Strengthen measurement across incrementality, halo effects, marketing mix modelling and attribution.
  • Lead vendor and tooling strategy, including controlled testing of external platforms against internal systems.
  • Oversee weekly GMV, contribution and spend performance across markets, as well as team structure, hiring and development.

Qualifications

  • Senior performance marketing leadership experience in an ecommerce or marketplace environment.
  • Deep practical expertise in Google Shopping and large-scale catalogue activation.
  • Experience operating at scale in a large-SKU environment.
  • Strong understanding of incrementality, attribution, segmentation and experimentation.
  • Experience working alongside data science and engineering teams.
  • Strong commercial and data-led mindset, with the ability to work strategically and hands-on.
  • International experience across UK and EU markets; US experience is advantageous.
  • Proven experience leading a lean performance marketing team.
