Head of Marketing Operations
Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented Head of Marketing Operations (circa £100,000 + Bonus + Benefits) to join a thriving B2B business in Northamptonshire. The role is 5 days a week in the office, and the client is looking for a dynamic individual with strong performance & marketing operations experience in B2B lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Manage the marketing budget and marketing plan to generate high-quality sales leads for the business, targeting 50,000 a year.
- Manage the email marketing programme.
- Manage template emails for the sales team.
- Manage the direct mail programme.
- Manage sector marketing, advertising and associated exhibitions.
- Manage digital advertising and PPC campaigns via an agency (70% of leads achieved through this channel).
- Manage the effectiveness of the website and app as organic lead generation tools and landing page for campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns are coordinated across channels and implement test and learn strategies.
- Understand the performance of each channel and initiative to report on the effectiveness of the marketing function. Producing data as required using the analytics platform.
- Work with the Head of Brand to produce content in line with the brand guidelines and tone of voice and to direct social media content.
- Work with the Tech Team to evolve the CRM platform where necessary.
