Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial professional to lead the development of Vadym Bukhkalov's personal brand, real estate developer in Thailand, father of 8, and founder of VillaCarte Group.
This role goes far beyond content production or social media management. We are looking for someone who is genuinely inspired by the scale of Vadym's personality, vision, and projects; someone who understands the power of personal branding and knows how to turn influence into business value, media opportunities, partnerships, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the personal brand growth strategy.
- Manage YouTube and Instagram teams, production, and content operations.
- Ensure strong integration between Vadym's personal brand and VillaCarte Group's marketing efforts.
- Coordinate communication and alignment between all stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Launch and oversee media projects featuring Vadym: build relationships with media, influencers, industry leaders, and strategic partners.
- Strengthen Vadym's position as a leading opinion leader in the resort real estate and hospitality industry.
- Own and manage the personal brand budget.
- Drive measurable growth across audience, influence, partnerships, and business impact.

Requirements
- Proven experience growing media brands, personal brands, or content-driven businesses.
- Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and content growth mechanics.
- Experience managing teams, contractors, and cross-functional projects.
- Experience working with influencers, creators, and media partners.
- Passion for media, storytelling, and brand building.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills.
- Fluent English.
