Head of Business Intelligence & Planning
London Based
Hybrid: 2-3 days on-site per week
Salary: Up to £72,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Business Intelligence & Planning to lead the development of an insight-driven approach to planning, performance, and decision-making across the organisation.
Leading a team of planning, business intelligence, and performance professionals, you will oversee the development of performance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting that provide valuable insight into organisational performance. You will also coordinate the annual business planning cycle, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into practical, measurable plans across both academic and professional service areas.

About You
- You will be an experienced leader in business intelligence, planning, or performance management, with a proven ability to use data and insight to influence strategy and drive organisational improvement.
- Working with senior stakeholders to turn complex data into meaningful, actionable insights.
- Developing and embedding performance frameworks, management information, and reporting processes.
- Leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
- Using data visualisation tools, ideally including Power BI, to present information in an accessible and engaging way.
- Delivering complex projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Must have Higher Education experience
