Head of Planning and Subcontract Manufacturing

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for manufacturing excellence? We are seeking a Head of Planning and Subcontract Manufacturing to drive production efficiency, oversee materials planning, and ensure seamless delivery of high-tech products to our clients. Lead cross-departmental collaborations, manage supplier relationships, and foster continuous improvement in a dynamic, innovative environment. Your expertise will play a key role in shaping tomorrow’s technology solutions while protecting what matters most.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience as a Head of Planning within a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics or electromechanical assembly
  • Proven proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (experience with IFS is an advantage)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working alongside senior executives
  • Skilled in Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques
  • Degree qualification; CPIM certification is a plus
  • High computer literacy and data analysis capability

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with materials requirement planning and inventory management

  • Significant leadership experience in manufacturing, especially in electronics or precision engineering sectors
