Job Description
As the Head of PMM, you will define how Omilia’s industry-leading Conversational AI is perceived globally. This player-coach role grants you full ownership of the product narrative, analyst relations, and competitive strategy. You will lead an existing team with the budget to scale your department significantly within the first year.

What You Will Do
- Build the PMM roadmap and define GTM strategies for new features in close collaboration with the CPO and CMO.
- Act as Editor-in-Chief for all product content, transforming technical specifications into compelling, value-first narratives and sales collateral.
- Establish a formal competitive intelligence system, including "Battlecards" to arm the sales team with actionable insights against emerging competitors.

The ideal candidate
- Has 6–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, ideally with deep expertise in the Conversational AI or technical software space.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of managing high-level relationships and briefings with industry analysts like Gartner or Forrester.
- Exhibits strong leadership potential or experience, with the ability to mentor junior talent and recruit specialized content or technical marketers.
