A global multi-platform media owner is looking for a commercially driven Podcast Lead to join its London team. This is a key role focused on growing the podcast and digital audio proposition across agencies, trading desks, and radio teams, while driving programmatic audio revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the podcast and digital audio proposition across Hold Co Advertising agencies and trading desks
- Grow programmatic audio revenue through agency partnerships and new podcast opportunities
- Train and support internal sales teams on digital Advertising audio solutions
- Build strong relationships with agency Hold Co stakeholders and understand their audio activation strategies
- Work closely with radio sales teams to integrate digital audio Advertising into wider audio conversations
- Identify market trends and new commercial opportunities within programmatic audio
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to support audio product development

Skills & Experience
- Strong agency and trading desk relationships
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in audio, radio, podcast, or digital media sales
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth
- Strong understanding of the programmatic audio landscape
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
