Why this role matters: This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to help shape and deliver Foot Anstey's transformation strategy. Reporting to the Executive Director of Transformation & Operational Excellence, you will lead the governance, prioritisation and delivery oversight of strategic change initiatives, ensuring investment is focused on activities that create the greatest value for our clients, colleagues and business.
What you’ll do
You'll be at the centre of transformation strategy execution - supporting how change initiatives are selected, prioritised, sequenced, and delivered for maximum value. The role blends portfolio management, strategic planning, governance, and delivery oversight.
In this role, you’ll:
- Translate business strategy into a clear and prioritised transformation portfolio.
- Lead portfolio planning, governance and delivery oversight across multiple initiatives.
- Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps, balancing short and long-term priorities.
- Oversee investment planning, resource allocation and capacity management.
- Establish governance forums, reporting frameworks and decision-making processes.
- Monitor benefits, risks, dependencies and portfolio performance.
- Build trusted relationships with Partners, senior leaders and delivery teams.
- Drive continuous improvement across portfolio management and delivery practices.
- Support the successful integration of change across the business.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of project and delivery professionals.

What we’re looking for
This is a demanding role supporting a complex change and transformation portfolio in a fast-paced professional services environment. We’re seeking an experienced transformation leader who can bring clarity to complexity and successfully translate strategy into delivery.
In this role you'll bring:
- Significant experience leading complex transformation portfolios.
- Strong portfolio governance, prioritisation and investment planning expertise.
- Experience delivering technology-enabled business change.
- Strong commercial, financial and benefits realisation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capability.
- Experience managing risk, dependencies and delivery performance.
- Strong communication, facilitation and decision-making skills.
- Experience developing high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Collaborative leadership style with a focus on outcomes, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Relevant qualifications such as MoP, MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent would be advantageous.
