Job Description
£50,000 to £60,000 base.
£80,000 OTE in year one.
Clear path to a six figure base salary within 24 to 36 months.
100% Remote (forever) European time overlap.
We are a remote Google Ads agency working mostly with ecommerce brands, alongside some lead generation, local service and B2B clients.
We are appointing a Head of PPC to take full ownership of service delivery. The founder runs sales and growth and is stepping out of client accounts.
You would inherit a small existing team and build from there.
The Role
Performance across the client base sits with you. So do the standards, the strategy, and the authority to set both as you think they should be.
You would also carry a book of accounts, including several of our largest. We should be straightforward about that: at our current size this is a hands-on role as well as a leadership one in the short term. How long it stays that way is largely your decision, because you will build your own team as we continue to grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The systems that make good results repeatable would be yours to design: how accounts are audited, diagnosed, planned and scaled. That is where most silent failure in this industry lives, and closing it is a large part of the job.
You can build your own team. You hire the practitioners under you, you lead them, and the standard their work is measured against is the one you set.
Who We Are Looking For
- Several years running and scaling Google Ads accounts at a senior level, with direct ownership of results and direct client relationships.
- Experience leading other practitioners.
- Comfortable across ecommerce and lead generation.
- Meta experience is useful, though Google is the job.
- You have been the person other practitioners bring a stalled account to, and you have turned the way you work into standards a team is measured against.
Terms
- £50,000 to £60,000 base depending on experience.
- £80,000 on target earnings year one, with the variable element paid against client retention and client lifespan.
- None of it is tied to new business, because winning clients is the founder's job.
- You also participate in our established company profit share along with your team.
- Clear path to a six figure base salary within 24 to 36 months, tied to defined milestones rather than annual review.
- You never have to ask, when you hit your targets, it's automatic.
- Full time, independent contractor, paid monthly.
- Fully remote, permanently, with a lean toward European hours.
