Beloved by A-listers, high-profile makeup artists, and skincare connoisseurs, 111SKIN is also highly regarded by some of the most reputable editors and industry bodies.

Whom we are looking for: A strategic thinker to help create and execute dynamic communications campaigns that inspire and connect stakeholders internally and externally.

What you’ll do: You’ll develop, direct and lead innovative public relations and corporate communications initiatives that shape the brand’s visibility by engaging media & press, celebrities & VIPs, influencers, KOL as well as the wider community of customers and followers.

Why you are a great fit: You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are naturally curious; you like to network, build connections and tell stories. An agile team player who is able to cultivate a strong departmental culture while also maintaining strong relationships with agency partners and internal stakeholders.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage communications editorial calendar to ensure consistent coverage and that messaging is maximised during key company moments.
  • Ensure all communications efforts are integrated within the wider marketing strategy and plan.
  • Create dynamic public-facing initiatives that support the company purpose through story-telling and experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry opinion leaders, influencers and other relevant stakeholders to enhance our brand presence and reputation.
  • Manage crisis communications and respond promptly to external communication challenges.
  • Develop a strong communications team and lead agency partners across the US, UK, and France.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, other business units and their partners in other markets.
  • Provide communications support and counsel to the founders and wider executive leadership team.
  • Create and manage strategic materials, budgets, and reporting tools.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
