Job Description
As Head of Pricing, you will lead Rexel’s pricing team and pricing strategy, with a clear focus on solving pricing challenges, driving revenue growth, and improving profitability. Using data, analytics, and commercial insight, you will develop sustainable pricing solutions that deliver both short- and long-term margin improvement.
This is a highly influential role, responsible for shaping pricing direction across the business, leading high-value and complex projects, and working closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, optimise performance, and deliver practical commercial solutions.

Some Of The Key Accountabilities Will See You
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of pricing analysts, building capability and talent across the function
- Define and drive the strategic direction for pricing initiatives, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop joined-up pricing solutions that support commercial objectives
- Present complex pricing strategies, recommendations, and insights in a clear and actionable way to branches and senior stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and respond at pace to changing market conditions
- Design and implement pricing strategies that maximise revenue, profitability, and market share
- Develop and refine pricing models using advanced analytics, market research, and competitor analysis
- Evaluate different pricing approaches including value-based, dynamic, and cost-plus pricing, recommending the most appropriate solution
- Oversee project plans, models, deliverables, quality control, and risk mitigation
- Stay informed on industry trends, pricing innovation, and the competitive landscape
- Lead knowledge sharing and training to build a culture of pricing excellence
- Leverage data analytics, AI, and machine learning tools to generate deeper pricing insights
- Ensure all pricing recommendations align with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards

In addition to these behaviours you will benefit from a:
- Demonstrable pricing strategy experience with a strong understanding of value drivers within corporate and/or private equity clients
- Track record of leading high-value, complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting or corporate environment
- Experience supporting or leading high-value business development activity with C-level stakeholders
- Ability to evaluate complex challenges and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong numerical, analytical, and commercial acumen
- Experience using data analytics and technology to inform pricing and commercial strategy
