Head of Pricing Systems Development & Delivery
London based (Hybrid)
A market leading organisation is undertaking a major enterprise wide transformation programme, investing heavily in the modernisation of its commercial, finance and technology landscape. As part of this journey, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior leader to take ownership of Pricing Systems Technology, shaping the future pricing and revenue management capabilities of a complex, multi billion pound business.
This role sits at the intersection of Finance Transformation, Commercial Strategy, Pricing Operations and SAP enabled technology transformation, offering the opportunity to lead a critical workstream within an ERP and business transformation programme.
The Opportunity
You will define and deliver the roadmap for pricing systems and capabilities, ensuring pricing processes, governance and technology solutions support wider commercial and finance transformation objectives.
You will lead a significant programme of work focused on modernising pricing capabilities, moving from a legacy systems environment to a future state SAP ecosystem, whilst ensuring seamless integration across broader enterprise platforms and customer facing technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the strategic roadmap for Pricing Systems, aligning investment and capability development to commercial and business priorities.
- Lead a major pricing transformation programme, overseeing initiatives from business case development through to implementation and benefits realisation.
- Play a leadership role within a broader SAP transformation programme, helping define and deliver future state pricing and revenue management capabilities.
- Act as the senior business owner for pricing system capabilities, translating commercial and finance requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Partner closely with Commercial, Finance, Technology, Change and external delivery partners to drive successful outcomes.
- Lead business readiness, testing, deployment, adoption and change activity to ensure new capabilities are embedded effectively across the organisation.
- Build and develop a high performing team, creating a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Requirements
We are looking for an experienced transformation leader who combines strong commercial and pricing expertise with a proven track record of delivering complex technology enabled change.
- Significant experience leading pricing, revenue management, finance transformation or commercial capability programmes within large, complex organisations.
- Demonstrable experience supporting or leading SAP-enabled transformation programmes, particularly where pricing, revenue management or commercial processes have been impacted.
- Strong understanding of pricing governance, commercial operations and financial performance levers.
- Experience operating across business and technology functions, translating business requirements into scalable enterprise solutions.
- A track record of leading cross-functional transformation involving Finance, Commercial, Sales and Technology stakeholders.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level and drive alignment across multiple functions.
