Role Outline
We are looking for a visionary leader to become our Head of Primary Care to manage and develop our onside GP services for a range of corporate clients, reporting to the Head of Health you will play a pivotal role in leading the expansion and development of or primary care offering, ensuring the highest standards of clinical quality are met whilst continuing to drive growth.
What You'll Be Doing
We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic individual to oversee the delivery of high-quality onsite GP services for our corporate clients while driving the expansion of innovative primary care solutions. From developing 24-hour online GP services and establishing private GP centres in key population hubs, to supporting underserved areas and creating specialised care for diverse populations, this role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful change in healthcare delivery. You’ll also spearhead the integration of online pharmacy services, expand medical screening offerings, and develop a direct-to-consumer primary care model. With a focus on operational excellence, strategic planning, and attracting top medical talent, you’ll shape a profitable, sustainable business unit that meets the evolving needs of corporate and private clients.
What We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will be a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial General Practitioner with a passion for delivering exceptional healthcare services and a proven track record in managing and scaling healthcare operations. With significant experience in primary care management or a similar leadership role, you’ll bring a deep understanding of the UK healthcare system, including corporate healthcare, private GP services, and NHS collaboration. You’ll have successfully developed and expanded healthcare services or business units, showcasing strong commercial acumen and strategic planning skills. As an inspiring leader, you’ll excel at motivating high-performing teams and engaging stakeholders, all while maintaining an unwavering commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centred care.

The position in located in London with regional travel as required.
Hours
Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
