Head of Private Family Solicitor
Our client is seeking a Head of Private Family Solicitor to join their team at any of their London offices. The firm offers a competitive salary, hybrid working, performance-related bonuses, private healthcare, annual salary reviews, and an excellent benefits package.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE and strong experience in private family law and domestic abuse matters. You will be keen to undertake business development and have either previous supervisory experience or the ambition to step into a leadership role, working closely with the Partners and Senior Management to support the continued growth of the Family Department.

- Private Children Act proceedings
- Domestic abuse matters, including applications for Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders
- Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
- Cohabitation disputes and matters involving unmarried couples
- General private family law matters
- Experience of undertaking legally aided private family law work would be advantageous
