Head of Procurement - Established QSR Brand

📍London (hybrid)
ÂŁ95,000 + bonus + benefits

Our Client

Our client is a leading Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand with a strong presence across the UK and Europe. As a well-established and growing business, they continue to invest in their people, products, and supply chain. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing organisation at a pivotal stage of its growth.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of EMEA Supply Chain, this role will lead the procurement function across the UK and European business. Managing a team of four procurement professionals, you will be responsible for the strategic sourcing of all food, beverage, and non-food categories, while driving commercial value, supplier performance, and procurement best practice.

Working closely with both the New Product Development (NPD) and Supply Chain teams, you will play a key role in supporting innovation, ensuring supply continuity, and delivering value across the business.

Responsibilities include

  • Leading the procurement strategy across all food, beverage, and non-food categories
  • Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of procurement professionals
  • Building long-term strategic partnerships with suppliers across the UK and Europe
  • Leading commercial negotiations and supplier contract management
  • Working closely with the New Product Development and Supply Chain teams to support innovation and business growth
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality, service, and supply resilience
  • Driving procurement best practice and continuous improvement across the function
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions

Required Experience

  • 10+ years' procurement experience across food and beverage categories
  • Essential experience within the hospitality, ideally QSR
  • Previous experience operating within a multi-site business
  • A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing procurement teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
  • Excellent commercial negotiation and supplier relationship management experience
  • A passion for the food industry and delivering commercial value through procurement
