Head of Procurement

Midlands | Hybrid

We're looking for an exceptional Head of Procurement to shape strategy, drive transformation and build a best-in-class function. This is an opportunity for a commercially minded leader who thrives on complexity, influences at senior level and sees procurement as a driver of business performance. Reporting into the leadership team, you'll lead a significant function and play a key role in delivering long-term value, resilience and growth.

The Opportunity

The Head of Procurement will be responsible for setting the direction of the function, strengthening supplier partnerships, improving governance and leading transformation across the wider procurement landscape.

With significant influence across all areas of spend, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the business has the capability, suppliers and commercial strategies needed to support future growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
