Head of Procurement, London

Procurement Lead – building on a life-changing mission

Isomorphic Labs is applying frontier AI to help unlock deeper scientific insights, faster breakthroughs, and life-changing medicines with an ambition to solve all disease.

The future is here—enabled by AI-powered drug discovery. A world where diseases are curtailed or cured through faster, better medicines. Come build it with us: a role at the vanguard of digital biology, leading an interdisciplinary team on an ambitious mission, while thriving in an inspiring, collaborative culture.

About Isomorphic Labs

Isomorphic Labs (IsoLabs) was launched in 2021 to advance human health by extending the Nobel-winning AlphaFold system. Our team—comprising drug discovery experts and AI specialists—has developed predictive and generative AI models to accelerate scientific progress at digital speed.

Our name reflects our belief: symmetry lies at the heart of biology and information science. By leveraging AI, we model complex biological systems to design novel molecules, predict drug performance, and pioneered computer-aided drug design.

Today, IsoLabs operates a world-leading drug design engine across diverse therapeutic areas, iterating on model architecture and advancing rational drug design. Each breakthrough brings us closer to digital biology—and our noble mission: solving all disease with AI.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
