BURGERS & FRIES AND INCREDIBLE CAREERS!

We’re the burger restaurant with the uncomplicated formula: burgers and fries cooked to perfection, with no frozen ingredients. And we’ve stuck to the same ‘perfect and serve’ philosophy since our family business began in 1986.

These days, we’re still just as much a family as we always have been. We have tons of integrity, we’re enthusiastic. We’re competitive and we just get it done – whatever the challenge.

We're looking for a commercially astute and strategic Head of Procurement to lead procurement across our Joint Venture territories, covering the UK, France, Spain and Germany.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering procurement strategy across food, beverages, packaging and selected indirect categories. You'll build strong supplier partnerships, unlock sustainable cost efficiencies, support innovation, and ensure our supply chain remains resilient as the business continues to grow.

Reporting into senior leadership, you'll lead a team of four procurement professionals and play a key role in influencing commercial decisions across multiple markets.

What You'll Be Doing

As Head of Procurement, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering procurement strategies across key spend categories
  • Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing procurement team
  • Managing strategic supplier relationships and driving supplier performance
  • Negotiating major commercial agreements and contracts
  • Identifying and delivering sustainable cost-saving opportunities
  • Creating and executing category management strategies
  • Monitoring commodity markets and identifying cost and supply risks
  • Supporting product innovation and new product implementation
  • Leading tendering, benchmarking and sourcing projects
  • Driving procurement governance, compliance and best practice
  • Maintaining procurement systems, specifications and product catalogues
  • Supporting sustainability and ESG initiatives across the supply chain
  • Partnering with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and Product Development

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
