ADHD Test Limited (trading as ADHD Simple) is an ADHD diagnosis and treatment telehealth provider delivering NHS and private services across England. As the organisation continues to grow, we are investing in our digital platform to improve the experience of patients, clinicians, and operational teams while supporting safe, efficient, and scalable healthcare delivery.

About the Role

The Head of Product will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the organisation’s technology platform. Working closely with the Senior Engineer and key stakeholders across clinical, operational, and commercial teams, you will ensure our products support excellent patient care, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth.

This is a hands-on strategic role within a growing business. While the role does not currently include direct line management responsibilities, it is expected to evolve into leading and developing the Product function as the organisation expands.

Main Duties

  • Own and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ADHD Test Limited’s digital healthcare platform
  • Develop and maintain a long-term product strategy aligning with the organisation’s clinical, operational, and commercial objectives
  • Work closely with the Senior Engineer to translate product priorities into deliverable technical solutions and ensure successful product delivery
  • Collaborate with clinicians, operational teams, commercial stakeholders, and external suppliers to design, develop, and continuously improve the platform
  • Own the end-to-end product discovery process, gathering and prioritising patient, clinician, operational, and business requirements
  • Lead product development initiatives from concept through design, development, launch, and continuous improvement
  • Utilise quantitative and qualitative data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and measure product success
  • Make evidence-based prioritisation decisions, balancing patient needs, clinical safety, operational efficiency, technical complexity, and commercial objectives
  • Own and maintain the product backlog, user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria, and release planning
  • Work with software development partners and third-party technology suppliers to ensure delivery of product enhancements and integrations
  • Evaluate and introduce AI-enabled functionality improving patient experience, clinician productivity, and operational efficiency while ensuring safe, ethical, and compliant use
  • Ensure products and systems meet NHS, regulatory, and healthcare requirements, including clinical safety, data governance (DSPT), DTAC, and relevant NHS integration standards
  • Ensure product changes follow appropriate governance processes, supported by documentation, testing, and stakeholder approval
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, clinical, operations, and external technology partners
  • Monitor product performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), making recommendations for continual improvement
  • Support the organisation’s digital innovation strategy, identifying opportunities to improve patient outcomes, staff productivity, and business performance through technology

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
