About the Company
Solis is partnering with a fast-growing B2B SaaS business at the intersection of energy markets and data intelligence. Its platform powers decision-making across thousands of energy professionals weekly, supporting calculations, forecasting, and critical operational choices around electricity, commodities, and the energy transition.
With rapid international growth and a legacy built on trust with industry leaders, the business is currently expanding its footprint in AI-driven insights, all while scaling product innovation. We are now seeking a Head of Product (or equivalent Product Lead) to lead the platform team and define its future trajectory.
About the Role
This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic product leader who thrives on full ownership of a tangible, widely-used solution. The platform is modular yet integrated, connecting multiple workflows where decisions in one area ripple across the entire experience. You will:
- Oversee platform cohesion, ensuring smooth user navigation, data consumption, and cross-module decision-making.
- Drive the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, with deep client engagement and technical collaboration.
- Shape a vision for AI integration, ensuring its adoption drives meaningful outcomes for energy professionals.
Key Focus Areas
- Ownership of the product roadmap aligned with strategic and commercial goals.
- Defining user journeys around data calculation, forecasting, and research.
- Leading shared platform capabilities (e.g., dashboarding, visualisation, reusable surfaces).
- Embedding AI-powered workflows alongside the AI Product Manager.
- Foster a culture of user-centric research through analytics and stakeholder engagement.
- Cross-functional execution, bridging product, engineering, design, data, and revenue teams.
- Leading and developing a product team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
