BondMoran Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with an ambitious, internationally recognised business within the licensed consumer products sector. With an impressive portfolio of branded products and exciting growth plans, they're looking to appoint an experienced Head of Product to shape the next chapter of their success.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll take ownership of the entire product lifecycle across multiple categories. Your responsibilities will include product strategy, sourcing, buying, and supplier partnerships, while collaborating closely with Design, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance.

This isn’t just another product management role. You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Influence strategic decisions
  • Identify new commercial opportunities

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Senior leadership experience in product development, sourcing, and buying
  • A strong commercial mindset with oversight of margins, pricing, and product profitability
  • Extensive experience in international supplier relationships
  • The ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
  • A passion for delivering innovative, commercially successful products to market
