Head of Product

  • Salary Range: £150,000 - £180,000 + 20-30% Bonus + equity
  • Location: London (Oxford Circus) | Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)

Role Description

The Head of Product will lead two of the organisation’s most strategically important business areas, owning the vision, growth and commercial success of innovative products, while also being the most senior person in Product to support the other Product Leads.

This role offers the opportunity to shape products from concept through to market adoption while leading a multidisciplinary team and influencing business-wide strategy.

Role Highlights

  • Define and execute the strategy for a next-generation wealth management proposition focused on client engagement and retention
  • Lead product, design and engineering teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes at pace
  • Drive product-market fit through experimentation, testing and data-led decision-making
  • Develop highly personalised client experiences using financial and behavioural insights
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across technology, compliance, data and commercial functions to accelerate growth
  • Significant autonomy with direct exposure to executive leadership

You Will Need

  • We are looking for someone who has worked for one of the top fintech companies, whether that be in the UK or overseas.
  • Proven senior leadership experience within fintech, personal finance or financial services
  • Strong track record of launching and scaling customer-centric digital products and experiences
  • You have strong product sense and have had a solid product foundation from a startup or scale up from a top product business.
  • Deep understanding of financial data, customer engagement and digital product development
  • Passion for innovation, emerging technologies and the application of AI within financial services
