Head of Product
Head of Product at Verda
At Verda, we're building a fully featured European AI cloud — with everything needed to train, experiment with, and deploy AI models at scale. We are a full-stack AI infrastructure company, meaning we design, operate, and optimize the compute powering modern AI workloads across training and inference. Our infrastructure runs on 100% renewable energy, helping build a more sustainable AI ecosystem.
About the Role
As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Head of Product to define and drive Verda’s product strategy.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for shaping the future of our cloud platform. You will work at the intersection of customers, engineering, business, and market opportunities, ensuring we build products that solve meaningful problems and create long-term competitive advantage.
You will own product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and execution across Verda’s portfolio. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership, you will help translate company objectives into product outcomes that drive customer adoption and business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating in complex technical environments, balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day execution, and building product organizations that can scale alongside the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate Verda’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Lead product discovery efforts, working closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, validate assumptions, and prioritize investments.
- Drive cross-functional execution, partnering with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to bring products and features from concept to launch.
- Establish product management processes, frameworks, and operating rhythms that enable effective decision-making and execution as the organization grows.
- Own prioritization across competing initiatives, balancing customer needs, business impact, technical constraints, and strategic objectives.
- Use customer feedback, market intelligence, competitive insights, and product analytics to continuously refine strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support product launches, customer adoption, and long-term product success.
- Help build and develop the product organization, establishing a high-performance product culture and hiring exceptional talent as the company scales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
