About Adapty Adapty was founded in 2017 as an internal project for one of our flagship applications. We perfected subscription analytics and business intelligence (BI) for our apps and now seek a Head of Product to lead the ambitious growth of our platform.
In this role, we seek a strong operator—a visionary leader who can steer our omni-product business toward scaling growth, backed by organized processes, clear goals, and a relentless focus on results. About You
We’re looking for a seasoned product leader with outstanding influence. Must-haves:
- Proven ability to ship complex, high-impact products, define a product vision, and align across leadership, customers, and partners
- 8+ years in product management, with leadership experience (Head/VP/C-level)
- Ability to communicate efficiently—both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and financial acumen to guide ROI-driven prioritization
- Ownership mindset, with an entrepreneurial drive
- Fluency in English
Nice-to-have expertise:
- Background in subscription-based products or mobile growth/monetization
- Experience with developer-focused software
Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and lead a product beloved by app developers
- Own the product roadmap for Adapty’s expanding suite
- Build and scale our organization’s structure, processes, and reporting—all aimed at high-velocity shipping
- (Co)-own the product P&L
- Define and operationalize a product metrics and goals system
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to define, align, and track mutual metrics (pipeline, conversion, LTV/CAC)
