About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Product, Business to join our Product team. You'll act as the mini-CEO for our Business Investor vertical, accountable for:
- Its growth (customers and assets under management, or AUM)
- Profitability
- Long-term success
Your mission? To build the UK’s most compelling, easy-to-use investment platform for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Help businesses:
- Manage cash and investments with confidence.
- Act tax-efficiently.
- Access value-added services.
While driving sustained growth in:
- Customers
- Assets under management (AUM)
- Contribution margin
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution and who:

What You’ll Do
Strategy & Vision
Define the 3-year vision and 12-month strategy for the Business Investor proposition, grounded in:
- SME customer needs
- Market opportunities
- Competitive dynamics
- Regulatory requirements
Product & Commercial Ownership
- Own the Business Investor proposition, including:
- Positioning
- Target customer segments
- Commercial strategy
- Core value proposition
- Build business cases for major product investments (e.g., partnerships, pricing initiatives).
Financial & Growth Leadership
- Oversee commercial performance (customer growth, AUM, revenue, contribution margin).
- Work in tandem with the Finance team to ensure targets are met.

What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
- 5+ years of product leadership (preferably in financial services) with direct ownership of commercial outcomes, including:
- Customer acquisition
- Revenue growth
- AUM management
- Retention
- Experience building products for SMEs in:
- Investing
- Banking
- Payments
- Accounting
- Lending
- Other relevant fintech domains
- Strong strategic thinking + exceptional execution.
- Track record of delivering measurable business impact.
- Deep commercial acumen, with experience in:
- Pricing models
- Unit economics
- Profitability
- Trade-offs under constraints
- Proven ability to scale product teams, foster high performance, and adapt leadership style as the business grows.
- Outstanding stakeholder management across:
- Engineering
- Design
- Data
- Operations

- Commercial teams
- Risk & Compliance
- Understanding of AI’s role in:
- Improving product quality
- Enhancing team effectiveness

- Fluency in English (C1 level or higher) — this role involves regular team collaboration.
