  • Its growth (customers and assets under management, or AUM)
  • Profitability

Your mission? To build the UK’s most compelling, easy-to-use investment platform for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Help businesses:

  • Manage cash and investments with confidence.
  • Act tax-efficiently.
  • Access value-added services.

While driving sustained growth in:

  • Customers
  • Assets under management (AUM)
  • Contribution margin

This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution and who:

✔ Thrives in fast-paced environments. ✔ Strong commercial instincts. ✔ Loves solving for complex customer problems. ✔ Demands ownership of outcomes.

You’ll work closely with:

  • Engineering
  • Data
  • Marketing
  • Operations
  • Risk & Compliance
  • Finance
  • Senior leadership

With autonomy to own solutions from strategy through delivery—driving measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Vision

Define the 3-year vision and 12-month strategy for the Business Investor proposition, grounded in:

  • SME customer needs
  • Market opportunities
  • Competitive dynamics
  • Regulatory requirements

Product & Commercial Ownership

  • Own the Business Investor proposition, including:
    • Positioning
    • Target customer segments
    • Commercial strategy
    • Core value proposition
  • Build business cases for major product investments (e.g., partnerships, pricing initiatives).

Financial & Growth Leadership

  • Oversee commercial performance (customer growth, AUM, revenue, contribution margin).
  • Work in tandem with the Finance team to ensure targets are met.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
