### Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and execution for a major new product area with enterprise and AI differentiation
  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers
  • Drive strategic product planning and decision-making—aligning Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market (GTM) functions to accelerate time-to-market
  • Ensure aggressive shipping cadence while maintaining industry-leading product quality and customer-centricity
  • Work side-by-side with customers and commercial teams to define vision, prioritise roadmap, and shape market fit
  • Evolve product culture, scalability, and operating principles to match exponential growth

### Experience & Requirements

Minimum:

  • 8+ years in product management (LSO preferred; discovery, prioritisation, strategy, and go-to-market experience crucial)
  • Strong product acumen paired with commercial and operational savviness (B2B SaaS SMB to enterprise)
  • Proven experience building or scaling products in either:
    • High-growth startups (Series A-C) with rapid hire progression
    • Scale-ups disrupting legacy solutions
  • Intimate knowledge of enterprise SaaS complexity (selling cycles,おり契約動向, DCAs, multiple certifications) and digital transformation trends
  • Champion of quality, balancing speed, scale, and competitiveness
  • Mastery of stakeholder management—cross-functional collaboration at paces that ensure direct communication over paperwork
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills to align teams, investors, and customers

Nice-to-haves:

  • AI or ML product experience (for a web/low-code AI platform)
  • B2B complexity (accountROL, believers, mid-market usage)
  • Reports or former scaling teams at $5+S MRR or $250K+ ARR
  • Examples of how you've shipped high-impact features and driven business impact
