This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced product executive ready to shape the future of a complex B2B platform.

You will define the product vision and strategy for a proprietary Player Account Management (PAM) solution supporting enterprise customers in regulated markets.

The role combines strategic leadership, product innovation, and operational execution to transform an established platform into a market-leading solution.

You will lead a talented product organisation while collaborating with engineering, commercial, compliance, and operations teams.

Your work will directly influence platform scalability, customer success, and long-term business growth.

This opportunity is ideal for a product leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys building sophisticated technology products at scale.

Accountabilities:

As Head of Product, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and evolution of a core B2B platform. You will drive product excellence by aligning customer needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities while building a strong product culture.

  • Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy for the Player Account Management (PAM) platform.
  • Lead the transformation of the platform into a Tier-1 competitive solution capable of supporting enterprise operators in regulated markets.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management organisation.
  • Own product portfolio decisions, roadmap prioritisation, and investment planning across multiple product areas.
  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to deliver scalable, API-first, configurable, and reliable platform capabilities.
  • Drive continuous product discovery through customer feedback, market research, competitive analysis, and industry insights.
  • Establish product KPIs and use data-driven insights to measure adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, customer success, compliance, and operations teams to ensure product-market fit and successful delivery.
  • Influence executive-level decisions by connecting product investments with long-term business goals.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, customer focus, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
